Gardasil is the HPV vaccine, touted to fight cervical cancer. What they are not telling you is that thousands of girls are having adverse reactions to the HPV Vaccines, some have even died -at last count, at least 103 lives have been lost. We have got to do something about this. These girls need our help! These girls are having reactions such as; seizures, strokes, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, headaches, stomach pains, vomitting, muscle pain and weakness, joint pain, auto-immune problems, chest pains, hair loss, appetite loss, personality changes, insomnia, hand/leg tremors, arm/leg weakness, shortness of breath, heart problems, paralysis, itching, rashes, swelling, aching muscles,pelvic pain, nerve pain, menstrual cycle changes, fainting, swollen lymph nodes, night sweats, nausea, temporary vision/hearing loss just to name some of them!

There is no known treatment to help these girls, as they suffer in silence. The doctors, if they even admit the connection, have no idea how to help them. So they spend their days going from appointment to appointment, from specialist to specialist trying to find someone to help them. Many of these families have started looking for help outside of mainstream medicine, which in some cases, may bring minor relief. However, most insurance plans do not cover this type of treatment, and as a result, this route is out of reach for many girls.

As you look at the faces on this page, remember that these are just some of the thousands of girls whose lives have been affected by Gardasil. Sadly, one of the girls pictured above, Jessie Ericzon, passed away just two days after her third gardasil injection.

 What is Gardasil?

Gardasil is manufactured by Merck Inc., and is being promoted all over the globe as a cervical cancer vaccine. According to official product information, “Gardasil is the only cervical cancer vaccine that helps protect against four types of human papillomavirus (HPV): two types that cause 70 percent of cervical cancer cases, and two more types that cause 90 percent of genital warts cases.”  The manufacturer states that Gardasil is for girls and young women ages 9 to 26.

Cervarix is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline, and also marketed as a vaccine against certain types of cancer-causing human paillomavrius. Cervarix is not currently available in the United States, but is approved for use in Australia, the Phillipines and in Europe. In Europe, Cervarix is in the national program of vaccination for teen and pre-teen girls.  Just recently, this drug was approved for use in the U.S. by the FDA.

There are several groups that endorse the use of Gardasil, such as  American Academy of Pediatrics, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),  American Academy of Family Physicians,  American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

So Gardasil and Cervarix are perfectly safe, right?  A miracle vaccine, with very few side effects?

On the Merck website, the side effects are listed as pain, swelling, itching, bruising and redness at the injection site; headache, fever, nausea, dizziness, vomiting and fainting. Sometimes fainting is accompanied by falling with injury, as well as shaking or stiffening and other seizure-like activity. The product information also says that patients who are severely allergic to yeast should not take Gardasil. Sounds relatively harmless, right? Let’s go a little deeper.

Since the drug’s introduction in 2006, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has received more than 18,000 reports of adverse side effects related to Gardasil. These reports include serious adverse effects including Guilliane Barre, lupus, seizures, paralysis, blood clots, brain inflammation, severe fatigue and weakness, heart problems, shortness of breath, chest pains and many more.

At last count, there have been at least 73 reported deaths as a result of Gardasil use, this does not include spontaneous abortions. Cervarix has been responsible for more than 9,000 cases of serious, adverse reactions and at least 3 deaths since this vaccine has been in use. One of the worst cases involved 14-year-old Natalie Morton, who collapsed and died in school in England just one hour after receiving the vaccine. (Her death was later attributed to a brain tumor, but if this were true, why were there no symptoms prior to her receiving the vaccine?)

I’m sure many people reading this will say ” Every vaccine has it’s risks”, to be followed by the statement, “Well surely the benefits outweigh the chance of any adverse side effects”.  Let’s see what Dr.Diane Harper, lead researcher in the development of two human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccines and director of the Gynecologic Cancer Prevention Research Group at the University of Missouri, told an audience of medical professionals on October 25, 2009.

And remember, this is coming from a developer of the Gardasil vaccine! She says, “Gardasil is largely unnecessary, and that it has never been fully tested on females under the age of 15. This, despite strong marketing efforts to make the drug mandatory for girls, and product literature and advertising that state the product can be used by girls as young as age 9.

Dr. Harper’s remarks were made to an audience at the 4th International Public Conference on Vaccination. During this talk, she said 70 percent of all HPV infections resolve themselves without treatment within a year, and that within two years that number climbs to 90 percent. Of the remaining 10 percent, she said, only half will develop into cervical cancer, resulting in “little need for the vaccine.” She also said incidences of cervical cancer are steadily decreasing with conventional treatments and preventative measures.

Add this to the fact that Merck’s own website says this vaccine is not intended to take the place of regular check ups and pap smears. Then why take the chance and let your daughter be injected with Gardasil? This vaccine that contains chemicals such as an aluminum adjuvant – that has been linked to the Gulf War Syndrome, also contains polysorbate 80 – shown to cause infertility in rats,  as well as sodium borate – a common roach killer that has been attributed to causing unconsciousness, seizures and death — this chemical  is said to be  carcinogenic and known to cause cancer.

Also according to Merck’s website 60% of the American population has HPV. They fail to mention that HPV is a medical term used for many different warts, 99% which are harmless: Planters warts, Flat warts, etc. Gardasil is intended to protect againist FOUR types of HPV. But there are over 120 different strains of HPV.

–Over 100 of these strains cause harmless warts (you’ve had them as a child, probably) that cause warts on the hands/feet. They do no harm. Over 30 of these strains remain invisible and disappear by themselves.

–10 strains are caught ONLY through sexual contact. Most of these go away by themselves. They do not cause cancer.

–10 strains cause warts on the genitalia. Caught by sexual contact. They do not cause cancer.

–4 strains are only caught by sexual contact and can lead to cervical cancer. However, you have a 92% chance of surviving cervical cancer after being diagnosed with these strains.  Less than .8% of the population carries one of these strains.

After looking at all of the information on Gardasil, it appears there are more questions than answers.

I decided to include this piece in our blog because the information is important for us all to see what world we have allowed to be created. We are seeing more and more truths unfolding where history will have to be rewritten. We of course cannot blame all the people for controlling this world as we have to take some proportion of blame for allowing injustices and control to continue but there are many aspects which are just outrageous and even murderous and this following story fits into that category – for all the people that have passed from a deadly infection or the millions who have passed with cancer believing that they could not ‘beat it’.

I myself was diagnosed with breast cancer in February this year and I decided to only have surgery to the amazement of the consultants, who in the beginning told me it would be ‘my decision’ about what to do but then kept trying to convince me, no badger me to take radiotherapy and hormone treatments. I was told I should sign the consent form to allow all my lymph nodes to be removed under my left arm in case they were cancerous, I told the consultant that he could only take one out and check that and if there was a problem I would come back, needless to say he was not happy with this and it showed very much on his face. I do not believe we should be pressured into having something done to our bodies if we don’t want it. I am responsible for me no one else and no one else can pressure you into anything. You decide what is best for you and do the research. I was also asked to sign the form for the radiation treatment and was told that I should sign it and I could change my mind at any time but to sign it anyway, (is this to make sure they get the funding?) I was told that with the treatment there was a possibility of a radiated heart and lung and that the cancer could come back in the future (so what were the pros?). I persisted and told them I would deal with this myself, I looked into juicing and vitamins and was taking Essiac Tea before I was even diagnosed as I saw a programme called, ‘Forbidden Cures for Cancer’ and looked up the Essiac tea mentioned in the documentary which was supposed to help with psoriasis which I have – studies carried out also suggest psoriasis has a link to cancer and there is info on the web. I took the Essiac twice a day and in six weeks I was due in for an appointment, I asked the consultant what size the tumour was now and to my delight the cancer was 2mm smaller and this was 2mm smaller than it was six weeks previous. (I have the transcript for the above documentary and will be putting this on the blog for all to read.) I had a yeast, (candida) problem as well as I was affected by yeast in products, which seems to be in nearly every food product, in the above document it had information on a Dr Simoncini, an Italian doctor who believed that candida albicans was the prime cause of cancer, in post mortem studies in cancer patients he was shocked to find that all the patients who had passed from cancer had one common denominator – they were all rife with candida albicans. He went on to then discover that bicarbonate of soda could destroy cancer cells.)

It costs on average in the USA $350,000 for the average orthodox treatment of cancer, bicarbonate of soda costs $3. In the Uk and just for cancer care it amounts to £5.86 billion pounds, just one drug alone can cost £80.000 pound.

So this article has a personal appeal to me and I cannot believe that this technology is not being used in every hospital in the world because of it was there would be no more people passing from diseases and there would certainly be no one passing from cancer. The Forgotten Story of Royal Raymond Rife

In 1999, a stack of forgotten audiotapes was discovered. On the tapes were voices of several people at the centre of the events which are the subject of this transcript:

A revolutionary treatment for cancer and a practical cure for all infectious diseases.

The audiotapes were over forty years old. The voices recorded upon them had almost faded nearly losing all key details of perhaps the most important medical story of the 20^th century forever. But due to the efforts of the Kinnaman Foundation, the faded tapes have been restored and the voices upon them recovered. So now even though the participants have passed away they can finally tell their story.

Dr R.R.Rife Scientific Genius

Rife was a media star he was in the newspapers all the time and the media loved him, he was working with all the top researchers and was doing revolutionary work and the media picked this up and then suddenly after the thirties nothing ever again, he was never heard of again, why was this. There is a photograph which shows a banquet thrown in Rife’s honour to celebrate the end off all disease, it was attended by all the top people in the scientific community and it was even announced in the media and then years later all the people attending this banquet in honour of Rife did not even know him!

Benjamin Cullen (deceased) Rife’s assistant for 20 years stated that Rife was not thought of as much in his own country and yet with Rife’s machine and the ability that he possessed you could cure cancer and all known diseases if it were not up to the American Medical Association.

Rife’s own words, “In 1920 I conceived the idea and the possibility of when the positive agent of malignancy, so called cancer will be discovered and found and proven that it would be caused by a micro organism, of course reception that I received that far back from the medical profession and scientists was nil but I kept back to work and I succeeded in eventually isolating a virus.”

Those that knew Rife considered him to be a scientific genius, his greatest accomplishment was the discovery and development of a cure for cancer and for most infectious diseases during a span of eighteen years work in San Diego in the 1920’s and 30’s. Rife invented a series of super microscopes that allowed him to see live microbes as small as a virus an ability considered impossible even today. Using these highly advanced optical instruments Royal Rife was able to determine by direct observation the presence of a micro-organism in cancer tumours, he named it the, ‘BX’ virus, Rife then went on to invent another unique invention, one that worked in conjunction with his brilliant microscopes, ‘The Rife Beam Ray Instrument’ a device that could destroy any viral or bacterial micro-organism with electrical pulses tuned to a particular frequency an unprecedented way of fighting the infectious agents of disease without drugs. Given the monopolistic nature of the developing medical establishment in America at that time the presentation of this drug less technique for treating a multitude of diseases ensured the demise of Rife’s work.

Over seventy years later people are still trying to piece together what happened and attempt to recreate Royal Raymond Rife’s lost technology.

Jason Ringas from the Rife Research Group in Canada explains;

“When we learned of Rife’s story we quickly found there was no consensus in some of the details of the story every time you hear this story its different, so what we wanted to do was acquire as much accurate information as we could possibly get and over the years we have accumulated letters, photographs, lab notes and newspaper articles and we’ve tried to the best of our ability to bring some sort of order and consensus out of all of this information.”

In 1944 the Franklin Institute and The Smithsonian both published in their prestigious scientific journals a story of emerging technology in the field of optics the article entitled, ‘The New Microscopes’ presented several instruments that promised to significantly advance the field of microbiology. Introduced in this article was the now famous electron microscope with its extreme magnifying capabilities also the Rife Universal microscope was given a detailed and thorough accounting included in this article was three photo micrographs taken through Rife’s revolutionary microscope. Nothing from that period could match the resolution apparent in these photo micrographs and these pictures were taken ten years previous to their publication in 1944.

Jason Ringas: “In our searching through some of the documents that we recovered we came across the name of Professor John Hubbard, now in 1945 Professor Hubbard was just a medical student and he read the article in the journal of the Smithsonian Institute about the Rife microscope and was so impressed that he wanted to find out more. So in 1945 he wrote to Rife and all the microscope companies asking for more information on this microscope, he didn’t find anything but later in the 1970’s when he was a professor he read another article that reawaken the Rife’s story by Christopher Bird and picked up the chase again and accumulated a number of documents that he shared with us.”

Recognising Rife’s photographs as extraordinary Dr Hubbard sought another expert opinion. Dr Hubbard:

“ So I went over to Don Parsons one day and I showed him a copy of these picture and I asked him his opinion about it and he said these are electron micrographs so what! I told him, no, they have been made with a microscope, and he said this is fraudulent, this was his immediate reaction. I told him that these had been made long before electron microscopes had come on the scene. There is no way, you couldn’t possibly have done with an electron microscope the pictures that are in that report”

Rife’s Laboratory and Funding

Jason Ringas: “Rife’s lab was one of the most advanced labs in the world at that time, he was equipped to design, build and operate virtually any scientific instrument he needed. He was able to perform experiments few other people could do because they lacked the facilities.”

In 1913 Henry Timken Jr was president of one of the most prosperous industries in America, ‘The Timkin Roller Bearing Company’ his factory in Canton Ohio produced the tens of millions of ball bearings that kept the wheels of the mechanised industrial age turning. As the story goes, Rife developed a device for Timkin’s factory that saved millions of dollars a year in production cost, a scanning machine for establishing the quality of the steel used in manufacturing the ball bearings. This x-ray scanner detected flaws in the steel supply before it was sent to the production line and in doing so significantly increased the efficiency and output of the factory. Timkin was so impressed with Rife and so grateful for his brilliant innovation that he rewarded Rife with his full sponsorship. Rife took up residence on the Timkin estate in Santiago and there in a room above the garage he was lavishly supplied with every piece of equipment or money he needed to outfit an entire laboratory. Henry Timkin’s sister Amelia Bridges shared his regard for Rife and before ling she too became his patron.

Jason Ringas: “ We’ve heard reports that Amelia Bridges would visit the lab and ask him if he needed anything and would write out a cheque, so whatever he wanted whether it was a new x-ray machine or machine tools for constructing instruments. They built a custom lab which was specifically designed for the type of experiments that he wanted to do so he was in a unique position to accomplish some of these revolutionary things.”

Rife’s Microscope

Michael Coyle Microscopist – NuLife Sciences, California: “Rife was a master toolmaker, he knew a tremendous amount about optics, he was also a visionary, he thought outside the box, he drew outside the lines and that’s why he created something that no one has duplicated since then. When you talk about people that are supposedly experts on microscopy they say that’s impossible, course the world was flat at one time to and the earth had all the planets revolving around it at one time too and then everything changed all of a sudden everything was revolving around the sun and the earth was round.”

Royal Raymond Rife: “Why leave the conventional microscope that we have in our hands at the present time in our laboratory handicap at the point where it is at the present time that’s why I designed and built other instruments because I was stuck that was against a stone wall, I couldn’t do anymore.”

Jason Ringas: “Rife had to build his microscopes out of necessity because using the conventional instruments he was unable to see the micro organisms that he knew existed from other experiments so in addition in order to determine if you are destroying a micro organism you have to be able to view it in its life state so that’s why he began and finally built his special microscopes which were able to view the minutest organisms in the live state.”

Henry Siner Rife’s assistant describing Rife’s prowess in optical engineering: When it comes to lenses there isn’t anyone in this country or the world that I have ever met that can handle lens systems as well as this man can, its just second nature to him.”

Over a course of twenty years Rife constructed a series of five microscopes all of which were referred to as virus microscopes because of their ability to view these minute organisms in a live state, but how did these instruments achieve what the laws of optics define as impossible

Acid and Aniline Dye Stains

Rife: “You cannot stain those particles with your acid and aniline stains, no, simply that I have stated a thousand times that the particles are smaller than the molecular portions or the granular structure of your acid and aniline dye stains, naturally they can only be stained with a frequency of light, they use a monochromatic light because a monochromatic light is a portion of the spectrum”.

Michael Coyle Microscopist: “So when you get light in the same range or a corresponding range it will cause those micro organisms to fluoresce that’s something that people hadn’t really done before to use monochromatic light to investigate micro organisms in determining species specificity, a specific species of a micro organism. One of the other working principles about it is the way that it channels the light never allows the beams of light to cross over themselves and create a diffusion of the light so you continue to have the resolution no matter how far you take the light path, you’re not loosing resolution.”

Jason Ringas: “The key features of the Rife microscope is that they had superior magnification with corresponding resolution and also important factor was they contrast with his special illumination system he was able to produce contrast in the organisms without chemical stains and even when identifying the organisms because of the way they’re illuminating and the contrast being produced with the so called monochromatic light you could identify which virus you are looking at by the colour that it refracted and that had never been done and probably still hasn’t been done today. These key features of the microscope which were far superior to what was available at the time allowed him to discover things that other people were unable to because they lacked the equipment.”

Rife had photographs of micro organisms which were magnified sixty thousand times. Magnification showed that the cells were composed of little cells and the little cells on a higher magnification showed more cells and those cells had little cells within them and so on, the higher the magnification the more cells they saw within the cells, they could go on for infinity.

Michael Coyle: “The universal microscope was a revolutionary breakthrough in optics altogether and it’s a very simple principle what allows it to work and its amazing that no one has discovered it before then or reinvented it since then, because it isn’t outside the reach or technology that we have, its fairly simple technology, the funding hasn’t been there at the same time that the expertise has been there to do the work.”

Rife’s Beam Ray Instrument (Killing Microbes with Electrical Pulses)

Michael Coyle: ‘Everything vibrates at its own frequency, if you have a crystal and protein structure involved as you always do in micro organisms you can set up harmonic resonance by bombarding it with frequencies as long as you are within the right ranges of frequencies and that will literally chatter the crystal and protein structure’’

Rife: ‘It’s coordinated resonance, the same as I say you take two tuning forks and pitch to the C or an A absolute and you strike one and the other one resonates, so we’re showing an electronic frequency that simply devitalises the bacteria with no harm to normal tissue.’

Jason Ringas: ‘Rife found lethal frequencies for at least twenty four micro organisms, I say twenty four because we have copies of his lab notes with those twenty four organisms, he reportedly found frequencies for many more for instance we have tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhoea, streptococcus bacteria, conjunctivitis, bubonic plague, staphylococcus, typhoid fever, all sorts of micro organisms can be destroyed with the correct frequency.’

Rife explaining “Hunt and Try” method to a visiting doctor (1956): We simply hunt and try that was all we could do, we put a pure culture of the organism under the microscope and started to attune this thing until I find a frequency which will destroy it, or I come back with another notion, I do it. If I can it ten consecutive times after the instrument has been zeroed and put it back then I can record that’

Graham Smith of the Rife Research Group of Canada explains, the vested interests of pharmaceutical companies would be very, very threatened if such a technology came out and that science has always had a problem with this, that true breakthroughs would destroy the financial structure which exists so it never sees the light of day. The funding would cease and governments would clamp down, this happens all the time and it should not be tolerated by the masses.

Me: Here Rife has a cure for cancer and all known diseases and this has been suppressed since the 50’s how many people have died from a disease and more importantly how many people continue to die from cancer and these diseases. It is tat amount to murder.

Rife: You know there are some of these people and you talk to them, and the more you talk to them, the more you explain things to them the more they get riled up, Dr Johnson and I went trough a lot of that stuff and we checked this thing out from one end to the other and we classified a frequency for an individual bacteria as its individual mortal oscillatory rate, because when I check on that thing and look through that microscope hour after hour, day after day tuning that damn thing to find something that’s going to kill that bug and every hour or half an hour whatever is required I put a new fresh culture under the microscope and keep that on and I find something that folds it up, alright, then I go back and zero that damn thing, come back up to my settings and put another fresh culture on it if it’ll do it, ten, twelve consecutive times and I just record it.”

Dr. James Bare Chiropractor New Mexico): ‘In using a simple electromagnetic wave its probably not sufficient, Dr Rife found that using a wave that is omitted by a gas within a glass tube that has been excited by radio frequency energy that particular wave that’s emanated from that tube is a wave that is acceptable to the tissues of the body for whatever reason and it will penetrate deep within the body and can be used to selectively oscillate those particular things that the doctor or Dr Rife in this case chose to oscillate and leave everything else alone in the body and that’s the wonder of it all because you have scalpel like effect using resonance its specific it leaves everything else alone, its really quite n amazing and wondrous feat.’

Rife Collaborators

Jason Ringas: The people that worked with Rife weren’t amateurs, I mean Dr. E. C. Rosenow was called one of the greatest bacteriologists in the history of the Mayo clinic. Dr. Arthur Kendall was refereed to as Americas Pasteur and some people might find that an insult but nonetheless that is the highest honour one can be afforded. Dr Milbank Johnson was head of the local medical society in California, some of the physicists, I think Coolidge assisted him, we’ve had reports that Charles Steinmetz assisted him with some of the work even Lee De Forrest who is credited with inventing the vacuum tube, (amplifier tube) was reportedly involved with Rife. So these people knew what they were doing and if they weren’t really impressed with Rife they would not have stayed with him as long as they did.’

On the weekend that followed the calamitous stock market crash of 1929 Rife emerged into the public eye, the fruits of nearly twenty years of mind boggling work were presented for the first time in this front page headline story, (The San Diego Union November 3^rd 1929) before this time Rife had worked in private occasionally seeking consultation with the leading minds in optics and electronics in a drive to perfect his instruments and his laboratory techniques. After the existence of is super microscopes became widely known the tables turned and the experts started seeking consultations with Rife. Some of America’s top bacteriologists beat a pathway directly to Rife’s lab, there was a major debate raging in micro biology at the time and it was believed that a microscope like Rife’s might just settle it. The debate hinged upon the question of the existence and controversial nature of a certain kind of micro-organism referred to as a “Filterable form of bacteria” so called because it was so small and plastic that it could pass through the minute pores of a stone filter, too small to be seen with any conventional microscope. These very fine porcelain filters available in different grades of porosity are generally used in microbiology to isolate virus sized microbes, the controversy arose when a number of bacteriologists claimed that they could take a fluid from a growth culture of a large bacteria and after passing that fluid through a filter and placing the emerging liquid on a culture media or food they could cultivate or re-grow the original bacteria again. Conventional microbiologists consider this result to be due to leaky filters or contaminated samples and regarded the notion of a filterable form of bacteria as absurd.

However the findings of some filtrationist microbiologists were much more upsetting than the proposed caterpillar to butterfly type transition between some types of bacteria and their much smaller filterable form, some filtrationists had discovered that by changing the food or cultural media they could encourage transitions from one filterable form into many different types of organisms all of them a different species than the bacteria that originally produced the filterable form. If this was true it would shake the foundations of microbiology and force a complete rewrite of our text books.

The man who pioneered this obscure branch of biology known as, ‘Pleomorphism’ was the French biologist Antoine Bechamp, (1816-1908) in his time Bechamp was an authoritative presence renowned for his exacting laboratory methods, his precise thinking and his vast knowledge in microbiology, he was one of France’s greatest scientists, his contributions included discovering a method of dramatically reducing the cost of producing aniline dye, thereby revolutionising the entire French garment industry. He discovered the causes of fermentation in 1855 and in 1862 he found the causes of certain rampant diseases of grapes which were then ravaging the French wine industry, in 1865 he saved the garment industry again by finding the cause of an epidemic disease that was destroying the silk worm population of Europe. Yet astonishingly, Bechamp was not credited with his successes most of his work in fact was plagiarised by a rival French scientist one Louis Pasteur (1822-1895) it was Louis Pasteur who received recognition for determining that fermentation was caused by a micro organism and that the silkworm disease was due to a parasite and that grapes were being consumed by a bacteria. In her book, Bechamp or Pasteur Ethel Douglas Hume demonstrates that these discoveries were absolutely attributed to the wrong man. Bechamp and Pasteur were rivalries both of them associates of France’s academies of science, even a cursory examination of their discourses and their very public argument would reveal who was the gifted scientist and who was the impostor. Ironically history has dubbed Louis Pasteur as the founder of the germ theory of disease, the idea that infection is the primary pathway to illness a paradigm that rose and endured more out of political consideration then through an unbiased scientific inquiry.

Bechamp was investigating a proposition that was much more complex than a simple infection model, in essence Bechamp believed that the emerging germ theory of disease was incomplete, Bechamp’s exacting techniques in the laboratory had revealed where he believed to be an elementary living particle, he called it the “Microzyma” an extremely tiny living organism capable of transforming into many different pathogenic forms as a result of the chemical make-up of its host environment. With Bechamp’s discovery for his so called Microzyma to change forms the study of Pleomorphism was found. Whereas Pasteur is remembered for his germ theory of disease which is arguably not even his originally theory, Bechamp and his theory of Pleomorphism has been generally forgotten, but not by everyone, not by a growing number of microbiologists who have taken the time to experiment with new culture mediums, advanced microscopes and living specimens. Dr Arthur Isaac Kendall was a filtrationist he believed he had found the very media that would allow bacteria to transform into their tiny filterable state, he called it the ‘K’ Media.

Jason Ringas: ‘Dr Kendall was in need of a special microscope himself for the work that he was doing so he contacted as associate California, Dr Milbank Johnson and asked him if such a microscope actually existed so upon inquiry Dr Johnson found out that in fact the microscope did exist and Dr Kendall immediately made arrangements to visit Dr Rife who collaborated with him.’

Rife was having his own difficulties, despite enormous progress in his instrument refinements he was having no success finding his proposed cancer microbe.

Jason Ringas: ‘Because Rife was unable to culture any so called filterable organisms on his own it was extremely fortuitous that he met Dr Kendall who brought his medium to Rife and Rife bought his special microscope to Kendall and this unique collaboration allowed them to do things that they couldn’t do individually.’

Rife:’ That instrument we used up until 1931, with that instrument Arthur Kendall and I working jointly in the Pasadena hospital succeeded in isolating what we classified the first filterable form of bacteria ever seen it was isolated from the Bacillus typhosus from cultures Dr Kendall bought from his laboratory in North West University in Chicago, and we succeeded defiantly in isolating a filterable form of the bacteria using a Kendall media, known as Kendall Media and that is what Kendall used for the isolation or bringing out this Bacillus typhosus in the filterable state which is published in the Californian and Western Medicine in 1931 our joint report on that. We find that the Bacillus typhosus in its filterable state is a beautiful turquoise blue body, we see them swimming, they’re highly motile.’

Rife revealing that he is a Pleomorphist: ‘In transformation as you term it or what we term is a transitional state of these organisms is accomplished on the medium on which we grow them, that’s all because we can change these organisms readily by the mediums on which we grow them, from one organism to another as long as the organism belongs in the same category or what we term the same group as a series of organisms.’

What I believe is that some of these non-pathogenic organisms that we have with us at all times, our metabolism changes though, same as I say I can take a cold Bacillus in thirty six hours I can make it into a Typhoid Bacillus by altering the media two parts per million per volume right now.’

By the end of 1931 Rife and Kendall had demonstrated that a filterable organism could be cultured out of the Typhoid Bacillus using the K media as nutria and that this and other filterable organisms could be seen glowing in their own natural colour through a Rife microscope. Their findings were widely published and it would be difficult for any attentive bacteriologist to have missed the exciting news in the field or its implications. The man who introduced Kendall and Rife, Dr. Milbank Johnson understood the politics of science and medicine he was well aware that Rife and Kendall’s finding in the end would not be accepted by the mere weight of science journal articles. In 1931 there was only one Rife virus microscope in full operation and that microscope stayed with Rife, also not only was K media tricky to make its use required considerable skill and patients, Johnson felt a demonstration was necessary and he held a dinner at his Pasadena mansion to honour Kendall and Rife and to give the cream of Americas medical scientists a first hand look at their achievements. This well attended occasion was a dinner to celebrate the end to all disease.

Following these development came a simple blood test that could be used to diagnosed patients with Typhoid Fever weeks before any symptoms arose and Rife found the frequency that would destroy this microbe or devitalise it as Rife would explain. But it was not enough finally the voice of conventional microbiology the most powerful man in the field, Dr. Thomas Rivers of the Rockefeller Institute, spoke out against Kendall’s findings. At a medical symposium in 1932 at Johns Hopkins University n Baltimore Rivers and his associate Hans Zinsser of Harvard publicly challenged Kendall’s filtration experiments stating that they could not repeat them and therefore the findings of Kendall were invalid. Not once in their discourse did Rivers or Zinsser express any scientific curiosity towards this new microscope, a microscope that was introduced in the same papers that announced the isolation of the filterable forms. It was as if the scientific community didn’t want to know about it and this symposium marked the advent of official denial to which the rank and file scientists of the day dutifully fell behind. But there were other microbiologists who were not swayed by Rivers authority or the threat of his censor, Dr. Edward C. Rosenow chief bacteriologist at the renowned Mayo clinic was a man who had become a Pleomorphist as a result of his findings, Rosenow had discovered a Pleomorphic relationship between the Streptococcus Bacillus and the much smaller Polio virus he sought our Rife and his microscope to help him confirm this relationship.

Rife: ‘We isolated and worked on all of these different forms down through the line. We worked for…with Rosenow…he worked with me, I worked with him, whatever you call it…fourteen years on poliomyelitis (polio). He was head of the Department of Research and Bacteriology at Mayo’s (Mayo Clinic) in Rochester…and he said, “They want me to scrap the work.” I said, “Hold everything.” I said, “ I’m coming back.”

We went through it. And he was a great theorist on streptococcus, and of course he worked almost entirely on antitoxins and vaccines.

Here’s an article that’s published in the Mayo on July 13, 1932, it’s right in there…you can see it. Rosenow wrote it.

We went through…we ran this thing through. We showed them the motion pictures of the whole entire process. What did they do? They fired Rosenow. He was getting too close. You know, it’s a terrible thing to talk like that. I’m not bitter, but I’m sick of that kind of stuff.’

Dr John C. Hubbard – Professor of Pathology; N.Y.U., Buffalo: ‘I’ll tell you this right now, I may get shot later but most Microscopist’s, most people using microscopes in the United States I’m not saying about Canada, Australia or any other country but here in the United States most of the Microscopy that pathologists do they’re doing it at the very lowest level of technical skill that you can imagine, although I will have to admit things have improved a little bit in the last ten, fifteen years but forty years ago most of the Microscopy was very poor, it was just good enough that you could make a confident diagnosis, you could send it in get it entered in the records and you could send the bill out for it.’

Michael Coyle: ‘The lines are blearier today than they were even at that time regarding micro organism developments, because of new equipment there’s more that’s seen than before but what’s happening is that all this emerging information is creating a revolution in the field and now people are dealing with things they didn’t even know existed even ten years ago, Micro plasmas, Nano Bacteria viruses that are smaller than viruses people don’t even know how to classify what they are looking at it is such a chaotic soup and there isn’t a lot of money that goes into research around it, it’s a highly undefined field, there’s been a language that’s had to be invented to talk about these things to even name them.’

Rife talking to assistant John Crane about scientific inertia: ‘There’s one thing you’ll find and you’ll find it in years and years of experience John that its an absolute true statement, that I have found out after over all the years that I’ve worked with this work and I’ve worked hard and sincerely and honestly, you’ll find by god that nine tenths of the criticism is a cloak of ignorance, when they don’t know themselves “Then, it ain’t” – as the boy says.’

Rife’s Cancer Virus

The concept of a virus as we understand it today originated with Thomas Rivers who, in 1926 authoritatively stated that a virus can only grow within the pre existing metabolism of a hosts cell. It has become a major plank of virology that a virus will not propagate upon an artificial culture media, it must be placed on a live tissue media of a host organism in order to develop. But before virology became a science the term virus was used to denote any pathogenic micro organism that was one order smaller than a bacterium to small to be seen micro-micro organisms were viruses from the Latin term meaning poison, Rife used this term in its archaic sense because his understanding of microbiology widely differed from what was emerging in the field. To Rife viruses were the minute filterable forms of the much larger bacteria, the two organisms married in a Pleomorphic relationship. To conventional microbiologists viruses are not related except in the sense that one needs the other to exist in a manner that Rivers denoted in 1926. Most of them regarding Pleomorphism as phalacy recalling the primacy of Pasteur’s ‘germ theory’ of disease and the spectacle of Tomas Rivers publicly shutting down Dr. Kendall in the early 1930’s. Today microbiology dictates that it would be impossible to cultivate a cancer virus out of an artificial culture media but that is exactly what Royal Raymond Rife claimed to do in 1932 the present day definition of a virus not withstanding.

Cancer Virus – Discovery and Isolation

Rife: ‘I get back to work and I succeeded in eventually isolating a virus. We put this so called BX as I tell it.’

Rife obtained a sample of malignant tissue (human breast cancer) from Paradise Valley Sanatorium in Sand Diego, he places samples of this tumour on may different growth media to see if he could culture a micro organism from the tumour. Finally, in late 1931, he found a medium that produced positive growth of a micro organism from the tumour. It was Kendall’s “K Medium.”

The virus can only be seen under monochromatic light and the angle of refraction is twelve and three tenth degrees, it appears as “purple-red ovoid granules that are highly motile.

Cancer Virus – Establishing Pathogenicity

Does it cause the disease?

Jason Ringas: ‘In order to prove the causation of disease by micro organism microbiologists use a set of standards known as, “Coax Postulates” and basically what these say is that an organism should be isolated from a diseased patient cultured in pure culture, infecting as animal model and recovering that same organism while producing that same disease in the animal and this is what Rife did he took a human breast tumour and he cultured it with the special K Medium and the culturing techniques that he had developed and then proceeded to inject it into lab rats and then produced massive tumours in these rats and then recovered the same micro organisms from those rats. So he was probably the first and maybe the only person to fulfil Coax Postulates for a cancer causing micro organism.’

(We don’t agree with animal testing but Rife cured all the rats he used in his experiments.)

Cancer Virus –Transitional States of the Microbes

The Changing Identity of Malignancy

Rife describing the transitional states of the cancer microbe:

‘The transformation as you term it or what we term as the transitional state of these organisms is accomplished by the media on which we grow them that’s all. We take this BX “virus” isolated directly from a breast mass we alter the media, we no longer have what we call a BX “virus” we have a “BY” this will no longer pass, we alter the media again and we the Monococcoid organisms this organism can be seen readily with the blood research microscope with the proper standing in method and we find it only in the monosites of the blood. Now we alter the media once again we come from our fluid media’s into a hard base media we use either asparagus or tomato with our agar, we no longer have here a BX we no longer have a BY we no longer have a Monococcoid organisms that we find in the monosites of the white cells of the blood but we have a “Cryptomyces Pleomorphia Fungi” with all its fourteen stages clear from that original high BX. Anyone of these can be thrown back in twenty four hours into a BX by putting it back on K media and produce the disease.’

Knowledge of this fungus transitional state came to Rife through independent research being carried out by another bacteriologist Dr. Cameron Gruner (Pathologist Mc Gill University, Montreal) of Canada, his microbiological research tended towards Pleomorphism and with this approach Gruner was beginning to crack the puzzle. It was all a matter of the medium, Gruner’s medium was based upon an asparagus agar which grew a fungus from cancerous blood, Kendall’s media which Rife used was a protein broth which grew a virus out of a cancerous tissue. When Rife and Gruner collaborated in the 1930 with the tools of Rife laboratory to aid them, they discovered they discovered the following remarkable facts – when a sample of Gruner’s fungus was cultured on K media the so called BX virus emerged they could in effect by changing the media turn a fungus originally grown out of cancerous blood into the virus sized BX organism itself grown out of cancerous tissue. To further confirm the connection they tried culturing Rife’s BX in Gruner’s asparagus agar the result BX changed into Gruner’s fungus. These experiments were repeated hundreds of times and in the end left no doubt in the mid of Rife or Gruner there is a micro organism associated with cancer and it is by nature Pleomorphic.

Cancer Virus – Devitalising the Organism

Killing the Cancer Microbe

Jason Ringas: ‘He conceived of the idea of putting the organisms into an oscillating electro-magnetic field and causing them to oscillate, similar to the way a glass oscillates when its hit with an appropriate audio tone so he was looking for an electrical frequency that would cause the micro organisms to shatter or to be devitalise in some sense so what he first did was he tried the various wave length such as light, ultraviolet, infra red he tried them all and finally he came upon a range of frequencies which were in the radio range that caused the destruction of these micro organisms and the frequencies are specific to each species.’

By the end of 1932 Rife has isolated a virus from cancer he had developed a unique culturing technique to sustain it and to make if visible, he had fully explored its various physical properties and had discovered addition transitional forms of the microbe he had transplanted it and then had found the immortal oscillatory rate of the virus and destroyed it with his beam ray instrument under the microscope. But one task remained could the beam tube kill the micro organism inside the body of a host, Rife had established annihilation of the virus in vitro but could it be done in vivo, (Latin for “sustained by a living body”) and further if it killed the organism would it cure the disease. Pleomorphist’s like Rife believe that the relationship between a germ and a disease is more complex than a simple cause and effect arrangement. As we have seen the arrival of a micro organism in a body does not necessarily always come from an external source it may instead be as some claim the result of a Pleomorphic transition from another form of the germ that is already in the body, would this complicate the motion of killing the germ and thus curing the disease.

Morris Zubkewych (Toronto) B.Sc.,D.C.,F.I.A.C.A. Hom:

‘With germ theory basis we are attacked by external microbes, viruses, bacteria and anything in between and that’s what’s infected our body but Pleomorphist’s would say that if the environment is right in our body, yes that can happen but at the same time any existing microbes we have in our body can evolve to higher pathological forms to cerate the disease, so as we pollute our bodies more and more with physical toxins, emotional toxins etc. It lays the foundation for disease to develop for one microbe can be a virus or a bacteria or a fungal form depending on its environment. It threatens all foundations of medicine which is the germ theory.’

An unknown doctor asks Rife a question on the metabolism of cancer cells. Rife answers

Rife: ‘Well we devitalise them by this frequency in the work we’ve done so far with this thing but here is the thing, the effect of a disease on an individual depends greatly upon the metabolism of that individual from a neutral ph “7” because I sincerely believe that the body that is in an absolute normal ph its susceptible to no disease because our test tube showed that there is zero growth in a neutral ph medium.

The Clinical Trials

Testing Rife’s Beam Ray on Humans

Dr Johnson convinced Rife that they should do trials on humans, Rife was a bit hesitant at first but went ahead after requesting a team of medical specialists be involved for the trials, so with Dr Johnson’s supervision at the University of Southern California they took sixteen terminally ill patients in 1934, they successfully treated all of them over a period of three months.

Fourteen of the sixteen patients were successfully treated in the first seventy days and the remaining two were pronounced cured by Dr James Couch after three more weeks treatment with Rife’s Beam Ray. Dr Couch became involved after he became interested in the cases which Rife had, one particular man who he was curious about had cancer of the stomach he was a bag of bones. Rife asked Couch to feel this man’s stomach whilst the man lay on the bed to which he did impressing that there was a warm, solid, hard mass which he just about covered with one hand, Dr Couch thought nothing could be done. Rife gave him the treatment with the frequencies and over the course of time to Couch’s astonishment the man completely recovered.

Determining treatment protocols for clinical use of the Beam Ray

Unknown doctor asks Rife how many times and what was the extent of each treatment

Rife: ‘Well we usually use three minutes on each treatment and we have found that the patient we treated twice a week we got better results then the ones we treated everyday simply because when we broke down, devitalised this virus or organism in a tissue it gives the lymphatic system a chance to absorb it and kick it up and cast it off. We treated half of them everyday and half of them twice a week, and the ones we treated twice a week we got better results.’

The following years saw a tireless push by Dr Johnson as he sought to have Rife’s work in cancer independently verified in other laboratories, they approached the Hooper Foundation and the International Cancer Research Foundation, two prestigious institutions which had the money and the clout to proceed seriously with the work and there was an advanced laboratory operated by Dr. John Burnett a man who had more than a professional association with Rife.

Where independent verification of the work was concerned it was only Dr. Burnett who continued with Rife in good faith the other research organisations after a flurry of initial enthusiasm wasted years of time by embroiling Rife and Johnson in an endless barrage of bureaucratic tape. It seemed that the Hooper Foundation and the International Cancer Research Foundation were more concerned with satisfying the whims of impatient board members then following the rigours of clearly established experimental science.

Rife talking to John: ‘All the experience I had back east there with that International Cancer Research Foundation, you know, Christ almighty they collect money there by the millions John, and what have they ever spent, what have they ever spent for anything, for polio they buy a couple of iron lungs and for the cancer outfit they spend by god less than fifty thousand dollars out of their one hundred and twenty seven million that they’ve got in, where’s the rest of it, what are they doing with it, fifty thousand dollars wouldn’t equip a sparrow ass laboratory

John Crane – Rife Assistant: ‘ I guess they’re using it to subsidise their own operations. All businesses as smart as them well they might have similar success.

Rife: ‘No but Jesus Christ they can’t do that kind off stuff John, people pay in their good money towards a contribution that they think is going to be some benefit to humanity and where does it go, no place.

Ben Cullen: ‘As a consequence we have lost millions of people from disease that could have been healed by Rife’s machine.

John Crane: ‘Well we are losing a quarter of a million people every year on cancer right now, this is published figures, you know.’

Bertrand Comparet – Rife’s Attorney: ‘Of course the American Medical Association standard required there be at least five years of successful operations before they recognised that the possible treatment for this sort of thing, so time was passing and everybody was getting impatient.’

The successful cancer clinic in La hoya demanded two necessary courses of action, one, to get independent verification of the microbiology involved, a cooperation that was proving quite difficult for Dr. Johnson to engineer. The other necessary course of action was obvious, more experimental therapy on sick people with Beam Ray.

Jason Ringas: ‘So with that initial success, Dr. Johnson also ran clinics of his own where he treated a variety of diseases including even cataracts and tuberculosis and various illnesses, there were a few other doctors there was one doctor named Dr. James Couch who ran he machine in his clinic and had astounding success. There was one doctor Dr. Hamer, (San Diego) who was treating about forty patients a day, in fact he was so busy using the machine that he had to hire a couple of technicians to run the machines.’

John Crane – San Diego: ‘Dr Rife evaluated it, thirty four and proved it conclusively that there was absolutely perfected then the process lingered and then Johnson took it up to Pasadena and ran some more clinical tests – thirty six/ thirty seven which were very successful.’

The Engineer

Jason Ringas: ‘Now the original Rife machines were effective but they were massive and unmanageable so Rife wanted to build a new series of instruments that would not only be more modern with the advancements in electronics but, be more compact and manageable to they could be used in a clinical setting, so Dr. Johnson brought in an electrical engineer named Phillip Hoyland and with his help they built the new instruments that the doctors used in their clinics.’

It appears that Phillip Hoyland joined the ranks of the Rife research lab shortly after the first clinics in La hoya, as an employee of Rife’s his job was strictly that of an electronics engineer with the task of modernising the old equipment, however, soon after becoming immersed in the work his involvement became much more personal and ambitious.

The Company

Bert Comparet: ‘Here was something with remarkable possibilities for humanity’s sake and he wanted it in used to heal people and then Hoyland he had taken Hoyland into the good thing as a partner with him and Hoyland wanted some financial returns. So that led to the organisation of Beam Rays Incorporated.’

Initially the company consisted of Ben Cullen as President and Chairman, Rife as Founder and Head Scientist, Phillip Hoyland as Engineer to build and maintain these machines and a man Ben Cullen bought in who would operate as their business manager, a corporate promoter named C.R. Hutchinson. Hutchinson already owned several corporations, one of which was a correspondence school called The United Polytechnical Institute to speed up their own incorporation Hutchinson proposed to retool his already existing school and rename it Beam Rays Incorporated. The others went along with it not recognising the pitfalls of such an arrangement with a man like C.R. Hutchinson at the helm.

The Stock

The stock was fairly divided even though Cullen spent months forming the corporation and he had used his money to achieve this. Each person received six thousand shares of stock, it was a closed corporation and was doing very well, each putting money into the bank every month as orders came in Canada and England but predominantly the US.

This rosy outlook didn’t last, Hutchinson began a series of questionable stock transfers aimed at creating operating capital, the long line of additions to the board of directors followed, at one point its ranked swelled to nine people some of whom had given Hitchinson money and some tied to him through his previous owned corporations. There was also the hard reality that the Beam Rays stock itself was practically worthless the company owned not patent on the devise that they manufactured, on its own the Beam Ray Machine UN-patentable.

The Secret

The problem was that anyone could build the Beam Ray Machine and once they had the frequencies they could go ahead. They needed to protect the frequencies from the user. Hoyland came up with a solution, he decided to hide the frequencies within the circuitry of the machines so that the dials would not indicate the true frequencies – with an N coded numeric equivalent and then he changed the way the machine generated the frequencies so that nosey engineers would be hard pressed to determine what was intended as an output, as it tuned out it was a bad idea.

As Rife pointed out, that when money comes in the door science goes out the window.

The Bad Apple and the Worm

Jason Ringas: ‘At some point in time Phillip Hoyland began making changes and modifications to the instruments that were fundamentally different then what Rife was doing and that’s when the machines began to fail to produce positive results and that’s also when the troubles in the Beam Ray corporation began.’

Bert Comparet: ‘Now there was friction developing in the company. They wanted a saleable instrument and Hoyland was making it junk. Hoyland began complaining that they weren’t bringing in the money enough selling these things and they were complaining; “We can’t sell those thing so they’ll stay sold. We had reason to believe, we felt, and we did believe, that this period of developing trouble was being brought on by Hoyland as part a scheme to freeze out the others…and which he must have had some cooperation from Hutchinson.’

This schism in the company became evident when a group of British doctors expressed interest in Rife’s work. Dr. Winton Gonin Physician to King George heard about the whole affair through Dr Couch, and associates of Rife’s, Gonin as his associates wanted to acquire a microscope and the Beam Ray device to take back to England for testing the contentious question became; is the British group dealing with the Beam Ray corporation or is it dealing with the Rife Research Laboratory.

When Gonin took back to London a couple of the Beam Ray machines he discovered that the machines did not work and on examination he discovered some of the wires were not even fastened correctly and the frequencies which they gave off were totally different than the frequencies which were claimed to cure disease.

Bert Comparet suspected this was an act of deliberate sabotage and that Hoyland and Hutchinson were working towards taking this over for themselves, if they could ease Rife out then they would have time to steal from each other but the first thing they wanted to do was get rid of poor unsuspecting Rife.

Enter Fishbein

(Some of you may remember Fishbein if you have read ‘Forbidden cures for cancer’ in the 1930’s he slandered, ridiculed and sabotaged Dr. Greenwold after he had found a cure for cancer and Fishbein being head of the medical association in America and head of the Medical Journal controlled it all.)

Ben Cullen: ‘Phillip Hoyland became disgusted with the whole deal because he was not getting what he thought was his fair share of the stock which was fairly divided amongst all of us, six thousand shares of stock, Hoyland didn’t think he was getting a satisfactory deal and was making trouble. The Hahn Reality Company, at the instigation of Fishbein, bribed Philip Hoyland to become a stooge.

As the primary editor of the Journal of the American Medical Association Morris Fishbein wielded enormous influence over medical progress over America through the first half of the twentieth century. Under his guidance and with his expansion of revenues from the journal, he converted the association from its well intentioned origins as a benevolent overseer of national medical ethics he knew a vast money making operation of questionable character.

Fishbein set up a system of so called kick backs a way of allowing rich corporations to buy favour with the prestigious Medical Journal through expensive advertising, biased reporting of client products and effective negative propaganda against competitors. If an alternative approach emerged that competed with hegemonie of a sanctioned practice then negative campaigns were orchestrated to destroy the competitor.

Michael Coyle: ‘Fishbein was a major contributor at holding people back, he basically wanted to be somebody, and he is, he became somebody, unfortunately he is infamous rather than famous.’

Rife on the findings of the America Medical Association.

Rife: ‘They come up with all this stuff of course anything the AMA doesn’t publish, why and sanction why that is no good but as far as I’m concerned there is no AMA there’s an American drug syndicate who tells those boys what they can do, those are the ones Mark Davies, Whitehall and a bunch of them they tell them what they can do. They buck it from one end to the other so that’s one reason why a person has to be decidedly careful on any statement that is made or claims. No I have never made statements of claims of cures that’s one of the worst things that you caould possible use – that one word: CURE. They hate that word as the Devil hates holy Water – this cure proposition.’

Michael Coyle: ‘ I want to give an example of the effect that Morris Fishbein on everyday society, if you go into thrift shops and places like that and look at the books they have in there, you often find very old text books that have been authored by Morris Fishbein I can tell you as a biological practitioner that a great deal of the information in them is just wrong, he helped people to such an old fashioned, outdated, dysfunctional paradigm in medicine that he created the death and suffering of untold numbers of people and by him interfering with Rife for his personal gain he compounded that even more.’

Jason Ringas: ‘The pattern that we have heard through other cases was, that whenever there was some new development within medicine that special interest grew such as the American Medical Association or foreign pharmaceutical companies they would buy it and put it on the shelves or they would buy it and monopolise it, either way they were in control.’

It began simply with a healed patient one among many, Dr. Hamer had been operating a frequency machine at his office for several years and with positive results. One of his most profound successes came from an eighty two year old man who was dying of a cancer that was eating away his jaw, six month of twice a week exposure to the Rife Ray saw a complete recovery. Fishbein heard about this case and got hold of the Hahn Realty Company in Los Angeles, the president of the Hahn Realty Company went down to San Diego and had several meetings with the Beam Ray Corporation and offered to buy into the company but Rife and his partners did not accept.

The Bribe

Jason Ringas: ‘From the reports we’ve heard, Hoyland admitted to accepting a ten thousand dollar bribe which during the depression and for someone that didn’t have any money was quite a sum of money and the reason why he accepted, he needed the money of course but the people that bribed him because they were unable to buy into the corporation by conventional means, they tried to get control of the company through Hoyland.’

‘Phillip Hoyland who was reported supported by agents of the AMA (American Medical Association) brought a lawsuit to have the directors of the corporation replaced and perhaps secure his own interest.’

Shortly after the Hahn brothers had given Hoyland a ten thousand dollar gift and just prior to the filing of his lawsuit a famous attorney (Aaron Sapiro) arrived in San Diego ostensibly to help Hoyland sort out the contracts they had with the British groups headed by Dr Gonin. Sapiro was famous for organising family farms across America into ‘Farming Collectives’ in the early 1920’s for which industrialist Henry Ford accused him in print of communism and conspiracy for which Sapiro then, (in the late 1920’s) sued Ford for libel…again making Sapiro famous. In the early 2930’s, Sapiro was indicted in Chicago with mobster Al Capone on racketeering charges. In the late 1930’s he was working, presumably semi-secretly, for the American Medical Association.

The British group wanted to sever its contracts with the Rife Beam Ray Corporation insisting that they only deal with Rife, Hoylands apparent subterfuge had soured them considerably. To see where they stood legally the board of directors let Sapiro go through their books and allowed him to examine the meetings of all past meetings. It was then that Sapiro told them that much of the activity that occurred in the company with regards to Hutchinson’s earlier transfers of stock was illegal. With Hoyland as his side Sapiro advised that, in order to save the company from impending litigation they must take action against Hutchinson and completely reorder the board of directors. Seeing this as a transparent attempt by Hoyland to take control of the company the directors declined Sapiro’s advice. At that point at the beginning of 1939, Phillip Hoyland filed suit against the directors themselves against dereliction of duty by refusing to act against C.R. Hutchinson. His lawyer in the trial would be Aaron Sapiro the actual hearings would begin in June, before that there would be five months depositions, affidavits and the filing of a counter suit against Hoyland. When the pre-trial motions began the first order of business for Sapiro was to subpoena Rife, this move forced Rife to cancel his long arranged plans to travel to England to spend time constructing Dr Gonin on the use of his equipment. Gonin’s group purchased several frequency machines and borrowed a microscope. Rife had sent his trusted assistant, Henry Siner to England where he resided for a year to recreate Rife’s method but they had gone as far as they could without Rife’s expertise for guidance and now because of the court case the English venture was critically delayed.

In a letter to Siner, Rife explains that Hoyland was adverse to Rife going to England and stated that Hoyland was claiming that he was the primary owner of the whole idea and has even made statements that he was the one that found the exact frequencies.

The delay in Rife’s departure was just long enough to allow for another wide ranging event to intervene and put a final end to the English venture with Dr Gonin, World War II broke out. In mid may as Siner was prepared to leave London after his year long stay at Gonin’s laboratory a disaster occurred back in America, Rife’s research associate and good friend Dr John Burnett lost his elaborate new laboratory in New Jersey in a devastating fire, the fire completely destroyed Dr Burnett’s lab and its contents marking an end to not only his own research but his long collaboration with Rife. Coincidently while the fire burned in New Jersey the Burnett’s were visiting Rife in San Diego, they were in California because Amelia Bridges had died. Amelia Bridges was Amelia Timkin, sister of Dr Burnett’s wife Cora Timkin. Amelia Bridges was also Rife’s main patron, over the years she and her brother had given Rife millions of dollars to build and operate his laboratory. With one final gift from Amelia’s will Rife would see his last taste of big money.

The Perfect Storm

Graham Smith Rife Research Group Canada: ‘1939 was the key year to the whole story, this is the year that Rife self destructs and is destroyed, 1939 the year of the trial he is forced to defend himself in this lawsuit and spends his energy and his time not in the lab but preparing for the trial, financially paying lawyers this is an inventors worst nightmare having to defend yourself and then being financially destitute at the end of it even though you win and Rife did in the end. The trial judge even looked at it and wanted Rife to counter suit, in 1939 you have World War two which started you have England suddenly at war, Rife has a couple if Beam Ray tubes of over there, suddenly transatlantic trade is curtailed and its very difficult to get any kind of information and materials back and forth and also in 1939 Amelia Bridges died which is something as an inventor I could totally understand, this was his business angel, a person helping him out all the time when he was in trouble; financially, emotionally and suddenly all three of these things coallest together kind of like a perfect storm and he’s left destitute after all of it and he became an alcoholic and as everyone knows it’s the drug that will destroy any human being.’

The stress of the trial which lasted a year, being on the witness stand and being constantly badgered by lawyers all took its toll on poor Rife who was a nervous wreck, he took to alcohol to calm himself down but actually ended up making him appear more nervous. Like most trials its not about truth and justice.

The court hearings began on June 5^th 1939, Aaron Sapiro prosecutor for the plaintiff Phillip Hoyland and San Diego trial lawyer Bertrand Comparet defended the Beam Ray Corporation, both parties had waved on the jury and Judge Edward Kelly who presided over the case would make the final decision. First before the court was Saprio who laid out Hoylands complaint declaring that the affairs of the company had become muddles and confused due to the questionable activities of Mr Hutchinson their general manager. Sapiro charged that Hutchinson had taken loans from various associates based upon the issuance of stock at some time in the future when they were licensed for such a transfer, they the charged that Hutchinson kept fife hundred dollars of this money for himself, the solution argued the prosecution was to send the company into receivership to forcefully replace the board of directors with a group more amenable to Hoyland’s belief in how the company should be run. Comparet’s answer to these charges was to argue that Hoyland knew all about these transfers and stock and money at the time they were happening it was all up front and out in the open and recorded in the minutes of the meetings of the Bean Ray’s Corporation, meetings which Hoyland attended and whose signature was affixed to the record in question, further all the current board of directors of the company had written affidavits opposing Hoyland action which was supposedly on behalf of the company and it was finally stated that, if there was any discord, strife or illegality it was coming from the activities of Phillip Hoyland and no one else. Judge Kelly who was fascinated with the case decided that a full hearing was needed to get at all the particulars and ordered them to proceed.

Meanwhile, outside the courtroom a different drama was unfolding in the clinics and offices of a certain group of doctors.

Crackdown

Ben Cullen: ‘Anyone that had a Beam Ray was told to get rid of it there and then, as soon as we started our case in court, In Judge Kelly’s court – or else lose his membership in the A.M.A (American Medical Association) and that’s what forced Dr. Hamer out of it and of course he returned his two machines back to us and we had to cover him on his expenses. But that of course took place with all of them. That’s what shut us down.’

Henry Stiner: ‘The American Medical Association stepped in and began to dispute all of the work that we had done and we had quite a battle with them – such a terrific battle that Dr. Rife completely backed away because he is not a business man or a fighter – he is a scientist.’

The Judges verdict on the case was made on the 6^th of December 1939, Philip Hoyland lost the case and was ordered to pay the costs and to the defendants, no one received a penny from Hoyland. Judge Kelly also saw the Fishbein was trying to cause trouble when there really was no trouble there, all the information was made available during the trial by the various doctors; Johnson, Milbank, Rosenow, Gruner, Kendall and Doctor Couche.

Sapiro was a lawyer that Fishbein sent to help Hoyland and the judge offered to fight them and was in an out and out deal with the American Medical Association. The judge even offered to defend Ben Cullen but he was broke and so tired from it all that he took some tools of his and went and worked at Convair in the machine shop.

Due to Rife’s eyes deteriorating from the long hours of concentration on his work he was ordered by his Doctor to limit the amount of work he did otherwise he was told he would go blind within a few years. In the Rife decided to quit his work

Beam Ray Residue

The threats and intimidation by the AMA upon doctors using the frequency instrument were not completely successful, there was still a core of doctors close to Milbank Johnson who continued treating their patients with frequencies. Dr Johnson was too politically powerful for coercive tactics, apparently Morris Fishbein was careful about who’s toes he stepped on but Dr Johnson’s influence ended in 1944 when he died in hospital during a sudden illness.

Rife:’Dr’Johnson picked him (Dr Couche) out to finish up with some of these patients that wasn’t quite through yet, that was very good. Dr Johnson died. Two weeks later after Dr Johnson died they came to the doctor, (Dr Couche) and said he belonged to the County Board and all this and the other, they said, “ You can’t use that thing (Beam Ray) any more. We’re going to throw you out of the Country Board if you keep on using that thing.” Incidentally we had five cases then of tuberculosis in the Volcano Home over there and they were coming along in pretty good shape, so the doctor (Couche) said,

“Alright, it don’t make no difference.” He said, “You take my County Board away from me, I don’t care. But I’m going to finish up on these patients,” which he did.

After Dr. Johnson died most of the doctors moved away from Rife and the machines that cured people, like scared rabbits with tails between their legs they disappeared.

Graham Smith: ‘1946 the year Rife is forced to close his lab, during the war he descended into alcoholism and by the end of 1946 he crated up his lab and it was no longer was a functioned facility, that’s a critical point because he can’t continue his experimentation, he can’t show the techniques he was working on were valid. He did most of his research in the 1930’s he had cured cancer, yet ten years later he’s irrelevant. It must have been a huge blow for him.’

John Crane -The Other Engineer

The Cycle Repeats

Jason Ringas: ‘In 1950 an engineer by the name of John Crane came into contact with Rife through a piece of drafting equipment that he wanted to purchase from him and in hearing Rife tell his story he was so impressed that he decided to devote his life to furthering this work and trying to bring it to the people so they would benefit.’

Bert Comparet: ‘Now, later when John Crane came into the thing, Crane had a pretty good analytical mind alright, he is stubborn as hell, he’s his own worst enemy but he has a good mind.’

John Crane was a mechanical engineer who befriended Rife and after becoming familiar with the fruits of Rife’s genius began thinking of ways of exploiting them. Within a few years Crane had developed a partnership with Rife, ‘Life Lab Inc’ its purpose, to develop and market Rife’s inventions and there were other people involved most notably another engineer named John Marsh

Graham Smith: ‘Now this is good and bad in many ways, good that Rife found a champion who believes in him, allows him to continue in his work but bad in the fact that Crane is not a scientist, he’s an amateur, bad in the fact that you haven’t got a Timkin’s who’s supplying you with a million dollar lab and he’s not working with the Kendal’s of the world, he’s now working with amateurs and what they’re doing is trying to commercialise Rife’s previous inventions and it doesn’t work out nearly as well as it could have.’

In the mid 1970’s a few years after Rife’s death, Dr John Hubbard travelled to San Diego to get a fuller picture about what happened to the Rife’s microscopes and possibly even track one down. He met separately with Ben Cullen, Bert Camparet, Henry Siner and other but he finally found what he was looking for when he arrived at John Cranes house what he found out before he got there was that most people who were friends of Rife did not approve of Crane and his influence. It was John Crane who had inherited all of Rife’s Estate and after Rife died Crane became very litigious about who owned Rife’s inventions.

Dr John Hubbard: ‘I’m sorry that I was so naïve back in those early years, I didn’t realise the importance of money and the desire to get money with this process but that’s the whole thing, Crane was interested in this for the money he could get out of it and Rife was only interested in the science of it.’

Jason Ringas: ‘Well Crane certainly had the zeal to continue on Rife’s research and bring it forward but he didn’t really have the knowledge and understanding that really would have been required and his interests were partially clouded by commercial interest in trying to produce this commercially rather than focusing on the science.

Dr. Hubbard: ‘Siner was a vice president and had very responsible positions in the business world there, and I openly was tape recording all of these interviews and I noticed Siner would be very quiet and I was wondering whether he was trying to not say anything that my tape recorder would pick up that could possibly put him in illegal jeopardy, he knew I would be seeing Crane and would be going out there but Siner was very bitter in his quiet way about Crane. He blamed Crane for keeping and advancing Rife’s being an alcohol and that was the real basis for Siner’s intensity, he was very quiet and very intense at disapproval of Crane. Apparently for Rife to get the money to buy alcohol he would borrow it from Crane and Crane took equipment for security for sale.

Monkeying With The System

Jason Ringas: ‘At the beginning of the 1960’s John Crane came up with the idea of taking the variable audio frequencies that were operating in the original type of Rife machines and he thought of applying that directly to the body through metal plates and thereby completely changed the design and the principle of the Rife instrument

Crane and Marsh wishing to focus exclusively on developing their own modified devices gave the original Rife machines to various doctors who wanted to use them clinically, one such physician was Robert Stafford of Dayton Ohio.

Robert Stafford M.D, (Dayton Ohio): ‘The machine we used was the one John Marsh brought from California and it was the actual machine that Mr Rife allegedly had loaned to John Crane and he had a couple of machines and Marsh took one of those and brought it out here.’

The Paradigm Police make their move

Whereas Rife was assailed by a single corrupt individual in a position of immense power, Cranes foray in to using frequencies to heal disease was assailed by the full weight of a government bureaucracy. Morris Fishebein was deposed from his position in the AMA as medical dictator by an assembly of directors who, tired of his corruption unceremoniously ousted him in 1949. Meanwhile the Food and Drug Administration had taken up the mantle of policing the proliferation of so called ‘quack’ medical devices to the FDA who was intent on preserving the supremacy of the medical status quo, the frequency devices were a crime that needed to be stopped.

Dr Stafford gets a visit

Robert Stafford: ‘I was practising medicine, I had Wednesday afternoons every third one, and one afternoon an FDA man called identified himself, “ I hear you’re working with a machine that treats people.” I said “I have a machine that treats some patients yes”, “Could I see you and see the machine?” I said “yes”, “When can I meet with you?” he said, I said, “the only time I can meet with you would be in the dining room of my home on a Wednesday,” and he said, “Alright I’ll be there.” So he came and I brought down my portfolio of data, papers, research and I laid it out on my dining room table and I explained this is what we did, that’s what we did. He said, “ I would like you to give me that machine.” And I said, “Well I can’t give you that machine because it isn’t mine to give because its on loan.” And he said, “Well, do you want me to take you before federal court before the judge because you refuse to cooperate?” and I said, “That’ll be fine, I’d be glad to go before the federal court and tell you everything I have told you and tell them in the court, look at the exposure we would have, tremendous, take me if you want, you’re not going to get the machine.” “Well can you lend me a couple of the papers you’ve shown me?” I said, “If you sign your name and sign your life away for each paper OK.” So he disappeared and took the papers and I heard nothing more and pretty soon I got a pamphlet back with the papers, no covering letter, no thank you, no nothing he just returned every one of them.”

The Set Up:

Protecting the Public or Entrapping the Competition?

Bert Comparet describes the FDA’s shift from Stafford to Crane: ‘They had some harmless looking housewives who they had hired for this job and fitted with wireless microphones and down at the end of the block here were state men in a van with their recording equipment taking it down. So I remember one tape: here was Marsh in his own voice clear as could be saying, “This instrument will not only cure every known disease, it will cure some we haven’t yet discovered.”

Raid

Bert Comparet; ‘Now what they did, they went in like plain, plundering thieves and took whatever the thought the man might want and they could thereby deprive him of. Now for example, one of the things that John Crane had was a Hewlitt-Packard frequency counter, which reads out numerically, that device wasn’t used to treat anybody that was simply used by him to calibrate his own devices and it was utterly unlawful to seize that, but they took it on the theory, “Well we’ve got public money to defend it – you go sue us at your own expense.”

Michael Coyle – Microscopist – NuLife Sciences, California: ‘These days the FDA has been overturned by the Life Extension Foundation for instance, the Life Extension Foundation had the FDA come in and confiscate all their products trying to put them out of business which was their usually tactics at that time to do that with alternative people and the Life Extension Foundation stood up and found funding went after them, beat them in court, won an award got all their products back, you know this is a different day and age.’ This was the early nineties.

“I think every doctor should know the shocking state of affair. We discovered they, (the FDA) failed to effectively regulate the large manufacturers and powerful interests while recklessly persecuting small manufacturers. The FDA is harassing small manufacturers and doctors…and betrays the public.” U.S Senator Edward V. Long

In 1961, it did not go as well for either Crane or Marsh

Bert Comparet: ‘But here in the stand he had to admit to himself, he and Marsh had gone there and operated the instrument to give treatment and neither of them had an M.D license, so that was that. That’s why John Crane swerved his time.’

Both John Crane and John Marsh were sentenced to ten years in prison. Upon incarceration John Crane immediately began to study law. Acting as his own lawyer he mounted a successful appeal for his early release two years into his sentence.

He then applied the same appeal process to John Marsh’s case and helped secure his early release.

Rife: What we wish in this work is end results but the adverse conditions that we work under is terrific, (meaning bad). When I die there is a possibility that someone will say, well there’s a man to do something, that’s all but I work sincerely and honestly over fifty years at the work.

Rife died on August 5^th, 1971 at a hospital in a Mexican border town. His heart finally gave out.

On December 23^rd of that same year President Nixon signed the “National Cancer Act” into law.

The American “War on Cancer” had begun,

Soon there would be more people working in the cancer industry than people suffering from the disease. And cancer incidents continue to climb.

No amount of historical gymnastics can hide the public record of AMA opposition to virtually every major health reform in the past fifty years. The AMA has turned into a propaganda organ purveying “medical politics” for deceiving the congress, the people and the doctors of America themselves.”

Rife: ‘There are so many of these different types of ailments pertaining to human disease and animals that they’re absolutely too numerous to mention and as we go through them and study them and photograph them, study their life cycle and development we know their incubation period, so that is something that will have to be carried out by technicians and other workers beside myself, now we have gone through, and as I have said I have worked at this for over fifty years, I have worked sincerely and honestly, I have never attempted in anyway to fool myself its very easy to do to fool oneself when he works a long time on a particular project and he looks hours and hours a day through the tube of a microscope he can imagine a great many things that he does not see but the work is encouraging and its something that can be carried on with the improvement and advancement of scientific instruments that we have at the present time that will carry us farther into the field of endeavour and we hope sincerely that what little we have done thus far will be a stepping stone for the great field of workers and scientists in the future.’

In 2001 we were introduced to Ann Walker through her Spiritualist Church in Hillingdon Middlesex. England. Little did we know then what we would be getting into and who we would be working for. It is our utmost pleasure to have worked for the duality of Ann Walker and White Arrow, Ann Walker passed in 2004. Ann Walker fought for over thirty years to bring the leaders and the peoples attention to saving the forests for she knew that without these trees around the equator we would have much to deal with in regards to earth changes. There is so much debate over climate change and global warming and many people do not want to be misled into believing something that might just be a scam by the government to get more money from us, but this is more than that, we have given nothing back to this earth and we have taken and we keep on taking her resources like there will be no consequences for us. It is difficult in a world where money is king and everyone, well the majority of us human beings just need enough to feed our families and have a comfortable existence and the big corporations and the money kings and powers that be at the moment have given us everything we ever wanted at any cost, yes they have gotten very, very rich off this and gained phenomenal power over the masses and we have been dazzled by the sparkles they provide for us so that we looked away from all  that we have done and are doing to each other and this magnificent planet each day.

We don’t know which way to turn as people tell us one thing and others tell us another, many left with fear not knowing what is going to happen to us and this planet. But no matter what happens in this world, what chaos is going on we have to remember our God given power of Spirit, we have an inner power no one can touch, by spending half an hour a day just meditating and looking within ourselves we can decide what is real, we have the truth within us all. People can tell us this and that but when are we going to learn that all the distractions in the world, the gossip, the banks, the politicians, the TV, the games, have  been there as a distraction, keeping us away from our true selves the Divine Spirit within us, the God within us, we all moan about our lives and how we wish it would be better but do we think ‘we can meditate and the answers will come to us,’ this is a guarantee, practice and you find the peace and the answers within. When we all start to connect to this and start to accept ourselves both the good and bad we can start to rule ourselves and we will not need to be controlled and led we can create our own reality. We have to love ourselves first and then we can love each other.

We will leave you with White Arrow’s words they are from the book, ‘The Messenger The Messiah’.  Many will say what a load of rubbish and this person Ann Walker is on an Ego trip and you have every right to question, but do not doubt that this earth needs our help. We must take responsibility for each action we take in our throw away culture, our oils consumption, the treatment of each other and the animals and this planet and what we are allowing the big corporations and the leaders to get away with, we have to demand that the trees be replanted, native to that region and we must stop destroying tress and land in our own countries for development, all this gives us oxygen, the trees create stability around the equator and separate the winds and the rains. We all of us have to act now, don’t let this moment pass, write your letters, do what you can and don’t leave it to others, read up on what the rainforests do for humans. We have nearly 7 billion people on this planet, many of you have children and they will have children, we know this sounds cheesy but what mess are you leaving them, how hard would it be to spend a few hours a week thinking about your contribution to this planet, what you can do to give back all you have taken. If you are rich there are many people after your money, what ultimate way to help the whole of humanity by planting trees, start up replanting projects in the equatorial regions, we can throw money at every charity but if this earth is not taken care of there is no point. People may say this planet will be here long after humans so who cares, and this may well be the case but for us and by working with Ann Walker and White Arrow we don’t believe this. Do these people really have in depth knowledge of the workings of the earth and the relationship we have with the universe, that each planet has a resonance, what effect does this have if by destroying the trees around the equator the planet is not resonating as it should, and the universe sounds like a badly tuned piano, do they know the effects of this, the outcome, no. Do they know what will happens if all the trees are destroyed around the equator? no, yet they can tell you its OK and dismiss the concerns to not take responsibility because its easy to just talk and walk.   Man knows little but says a lot.

We pray that we can all come together as one, because we are one no matter what the media or the TV tells you, we are all one and the same. I love you. you are my life, my soul, my very beginning. you breath the life of my Father within each of you. You are my Father. You are the beginning and the end. Each of you holds the candle of life. Each of you holds the Light which shows you the way. But the light within you is flickering and dying and I have come to show you the way. I have come to light the dying candle within you.

The Light within me has the power of Prayer. Prayers that ask my Father’s forgiveness. Of course He forgives, but first the Light must try to be bright and wishes to be seen and be touched by His very being. We have lost that prayer. We have turned our back on the very being of prayer. We have lost the way. Now I show you the way. I will go back to the ten commandments, each and every one being broken daily, have you forgotten that my Father sent the words to you? They are easy words, in each religion such words are used. Do you find them so hard to follow? Has my Father ever asked you to do anything that is impossible, but to follow His wisdom and love, yet we have turned our back on such words, and why?

For the Light of the candle that you carry within you is almost out and the Light is Faith. Where has the Faith of my Father gone? Is He so easy to forget? Has He not given you more than life itself? Look around at the wonders He has given you, the eyes that see the wonders, the mouth to speak of, then the smell of the beauty that lies around you. The hearing of the sounds that reach you, even the beauty of that has left you. You hands reaching out to be touched and when the touch is returned do you feel it? No, for now Man wants more than this and that is why Man has lost his way. The candle can only flicker, it can never die, for it is of my Father, but the flicker causes shadows and the shadows come from darkness and that is what Man sees now, darkness, and that is not what my Father wanted for His children. Take the shadows away and let the beauty of Love return. I have heard many times of my children calling and praying for my return. It is not the first time and each time I hear the prayers I return, because I am the Light. This time it is different, for my and your Earth is in trouble. Before, we had time. Time for you to deny the Son of God on Earth. I fear the same this time. Do not slowly let the candle burn, but look into your hearts now, and, know I have returned, listen to my words, for they come from your Father. Help me to light each candle and bring the people back as one and save the Beloved Planet. Search deep into your hearts for there you will find the answer that I speak the truth. To each religion I say come together as one, for that is my Father’s prayer, that Man stands together as one.

I am the Light within you. Let me burn and show you my Light. Let us take the shadows away and return the Light again. I am with you always, when you are sick, I am sick with you. When you cry, I cry with you. When you were born, so my Light shone brightly. When you are dying, so I’m with you to take you to my Father’s kingdom.

Milk Hill of June 2009 seems to predict a new, bright astronomical object in our solar system,

possibly a comet or even an “extra planet”, on the new Moon of June 1, 2011

Over slightly more than a week in June of 2009, a large new crop picture appeared at Milk Hill in southern England in three separate phases (see milkhill2009c or lucypringle.co.uk or lucypringle). Almost two years later now in April of 2011, still no one seems to understand what they were trying to tell us there!

While we were studying several crop pictures which may predict an enigmatic “planet X” for December of 2012, we came across some distinctive astronomical symbols in Milk Hill of June 2009. Those distinctive symbols suggest that it may refer to an upcoming date in June of 2011. To be more precise, the Milk Hill crop picture of 2009 seems to show a rare planetary alignment which will only occur once in the near future on June 1, 2011. It also shows an extra anomalous symbol to represent a “new astronomical object” in our solar system, currently of unknown origin, which will supposedly be seen on the same date.  The new object could be a “comet in outburst”, as we saw predicted in crops between 2005 and 2007 for Comet 17P Holmes (seetime2007g or time2007h). Alternatively, it could be our first glimpse of the enigmatic “planet X”. Interestingly enough, those crop artists counted it in their Milk Hill field diagram as an “extra planet” between Mars and Jupiter. The unknown object is not Comet Elenin, nor is it Comet Holmes in a second outburst.

The first part of Milk Hill on June 21, 2009 showed an “astronomical sextant” with five different planetary orbits attached, as may be seen when looking up into Earth’s sky

Phase I of Milk Hill showed the symbolism of an “astronomical sextant” as explained below:  Five different “planetary orbits” (drawn as curved thin lines) were attached to that “sextant”, meaning that we should look up into Earth’s sky on some upcoming date, to see five bright planets (or the Moon) lined up in a row. Each of those five orbits begins on “Earth” (red letters), where a “horizontal viewing tube” might be located on any sextant (see the white sextant at lower right). Yet which planets, and on which calendar date?  The second part of Milk Hill on June 23, 2009 showed more of those five planetary orbits, looking up into Earth’s sky using a sextant

Phase II of Milk Hill showed considerably more detail for those five planetary orbits, which are now numbered on the left (in yellow) as 1-2-3-4-6, or below (in blue) as 1-2-3-4-5:   On the right we can also see six “altitude boxes”, which tell how high above the horizon each of six bright objects will be on some upcoming date. Planet “1” will be low in the sky, while planets “2” and “3” will be of medium height, and then planets “X”, “4’ and “5” will be high. Since planet Earth is clearly missing from those five curved orbits, we can tentatively assign planet “1” as the Moon, planet “2” as Mercury, planet “3” as Venus, planet “4” as Mars, and planet “5” as Jupiter.

The crop diagram shows a small circled object between planets “3” and “4”, which we have labeled as planet “X”. That unknown object “X” seems to change the planetary numbering for Jupiter from “5” to “6”, when it is included on the left (in yellow), but not when it is omitted below (in blue). This would seem to imply that it lies somewhere in space between Mars and Jupiter, although we may be able to see it soon in projection from Earth, between the apparent sky locations of Venus and Mars.  It seems less likely that planet “6” could be Saturn, while omitting planet “5” as Jupiter, although such an alternative interpretation cannot be completely ruled out. So do those distinctive astronomical symbols, drawn in an English crop picture, have any real-life solution in Earth’s sky?

Yes, the astronomical symbols which were drawn in crops at Milk Hill during June of 2009 do have a real-life solution! Such a rare alignment of five bright objects will appear on the new Moon of June 1, 2011. Those four planets (and the Moon) will be clearly visible at sunrise on June 2 in Sydney, Australia, or 10 hours later in southern England (see  iceinspace):

On that day, the Moon and four bright planets will line up in Earth’s sky in a very distinctive fashion. A new Moon will be located close to the horizon at “low altitude”, while Mercury and Venus will follow just above at “medium altitude”, then Mars and Jupiter will follow at “high altitude”.

The relative altitudes of those five planets as measured with a sextant seem correct for a new Moon of June 1, 2011 When we compare the real sky altitudes of those five planets (for sunrise in Sydney on June 2) with their approximate values as predicted in crops at Milk Hill, we can see a reasonably good match:

Planet “X” has not been included in the sky diagram, which is based on known planetary objects within our solar system. Yet the crop picture from Milk Hill 2009 seems to tell us that we will see a bright unknown object between Venus and Mars when viewed from Earth, on the new Moon of June 1, 2011, if we have interpreted it correctly.  The unknown object “X” was circled to indicate its importance, and may appear between 3 = Venus and 4 = Mars as seen from Earth

When we look more closely at how planet “X” was portrayed in Milk Hill of 2009, we can see a small circled object with standing crop at its centre, somewhere between the apparent sky locations of Venus and Mars as viewed from Earth:

Strangely enough, planet “5” or Jupiter becomes “6” on the left, once planet “X” is included, although its main count remains “5” below, where planet “X” has been omitted. We can even see where a curved line (orbit) for planet “6” on the left, joins directly to five small balls below which represent “planet “5”. That would be a strange way to describe some new comet, but we will have to wait and see.  The third part of Milk Hill on June 30, 2009 showed a series of strange astronomical hieroglyphs that were clearly alien-made Perhaps to dispel any possible notion that Phases I and II could have been carved out by local human fakers, using rope and boards, Phase III of Milk Hill 2009 showed an amazing series of astronomical hieroglyphs, stretching across the green field for approximately 500 meters:  No one currently has any idea what those alien-made symbols might mean. Summary and conclusions In the analysis presented above, we related many astronomical symbols from a crop picture which appeared at Milk Hill in June of 2009, to an upcoming sky alignment of four bright planets and the Moon on June 1, 2011. Then we suggested that an “anomalous extra symbol” from the same crop picture might represent a “new astronomical object” in Earth’s sky, to be seen on the same date.  Several questions arise here. First, how rare is the upcoming planetary alignment on June 1, 2011? Can we be absolutely sure that we have deduced the correct date? No, we cannot be absolutely sure, but the field data when compared to the astronomical data appear quite suggestive. By April 30 of 2011, the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter will create an approximate linear shape in Earth’s sky (see nightsky). Then during the entire month of May, they will provide a remarkable display which Sky and Telescope calls the “Four Planet Dance of 2011”, culminating on a new Moon of June 1, 2011 (see skyandtelescope or skyandtelescope).  The last close approach in Earth’s sky (or conjunction) between Mars and Jupiter was in February of 2009, just before Milk Hill in June (see mikesalway or iceinspace.com). Those four objects Moon, Mercury, Mars and Jupiter (without Venus) did not create a linear shape then as they will in 2011. The next close approach between Mars and Jupiter will be in July of 2013, again without Venus (see planets). Thus the upcoming planetary alignment on June 1, 2011 is quite rare, and will not be repeated anytime in the near future.

Nor will planet Saturn enter into a linear conjunction with Venus and Mars anytime in the near future. There was a conjunction of Venus, Mars and Saturn in August of 2010, but not in a linear shape (see berthoudrecorder). The next Mars-Saturn conjunction will be in August of 2012, and will not include Venus. The last linear arrangement of Mercury, Venus, Mars and Saturn was in April of 2002 (see thunderbolts).  Secondly, what might the small “circled” symbol in Milk Hill of 2009 refer to? Are they trying to tell us about a bright new comet, or something more important concerning an enigmatic “planet X”? We cannot say for sure, based on current information. A similar symbol was drawn at Bluebell Hill in August of 2005 to predict the outburst of Comet 17P Holmes in October of 2007 (seetime2007h). So it might be just a comet, yet those crop artists seem to number it in their field diagram as an “extra planet”, whose orbit does not lie in the plane of the ecliptic as for five other known objects shown there.

Really we have no other option now but to wait and see! Several crop pictures from the summer of 2009 could be interpreted in terms of a “new astronomical object”, but none except Milk Hill seem to give a clear fit to known planetary locations. If our proposed fit to the planets on June 1, 2011 is correct, then we should see something unusual in the morning sky on that day.  Red Collie (Dr. Horace R. Appendix 1. Altitudes and azimuths for five bright planetary objects on June 1, 2011 In order to accurately describe the crop picture shown at Milk Hill in 2009, we need to show two things. First, five bright planets (or the Moon) should line up sequentially in “altitude” as measured with a sextant. Secondly, those five bright planets (or the Moon) should also line up sequentially in “azimuth”, as measured with a compass along the horizon.

We therefore calculated a series of altitudes or azimuths for the two dates of June 2, 2011 at sunrise in Sydney, or 10 hours later for sunrise in southern England, using a program called “Solar System Live” (see /solar). Those data are listed in Tables 1 and 2 below.Table 1. Five bright planets as seen from Sydney on the new Moon of June 1, 2011 at 21:03:42 UTC (latitude 34^o S, longitude 151^o E, local time 0700 on June 2)

Both sets of altitudes do line up sequentially as required: from +1^o to +37^o in Sydney, or from +0^o to +16^o in southern England, when going from the Moon to Mercury to Venus to Mars to Jupiter. Likewise, both sets of azimuths do line up sequentially as required: from -119^o to -141^o in Sydney, or from -129^o to -86^o in southern England, for the same series of bright sky objects. Some of the data for southern England at sunrise on June 2, 2011 are shown below. They seem to be in excellent accord with the sky map, as well as with the Milk Hill crop picture:
Relative directions of planetary motion, as shown by “thin curved lines” in the crop picture on the right, are also correct for hourly times later than sunrise. In other words, Jupiter and all of the planets drawn there will move “up and to the left” as the Sun rises, to more positive altitudes and less negative azimuths. We tried earlier to fit these data to a canonical date of December 23, 2012, but planet Mars (4) was far out of place, and sextant altitudes were not explained. The correct date seems therefore to be June 1, 2011, although this cannot be established with absolute certainty.

                  

EU herb ban technically starts today!

Today is the day that the European Union’s regulatory noose on herbal products is pulled tight.  The result?  Thousands of herbal products technically become illegal, simply because they cannot negotiate the regulatory minefield built by the EU over the last 10 or so years.  The full implementation of the EU Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive (THMPD) today represents the most recently placed piece of this complex jigsaw that will impact the majority of the most useful and effective herbal products on the EU market.  This includes the majority of herbal products associated with very long-standing non-European healthcare systems like traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Tibetan medicine, Ayurveda, southern African, Amazonian and other traditions.

And if you feel there is something fundamentally wrong with this — whether it frustrates, angers or simply concerns you — please sign the Avaaz petition and ask as many of your contact group as possible to do the same.  We need to be able to show the European Commission, the European Medicines Agency, EU governments, European Parliamentarians and others just how strongly people feel about this gross injustice.

Technically, any manufactured herbal medicine that has not been registered under the EU’s Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive is banned.  And the problem is that only around 200 distinct products have made it through this convoluted regulatory doorway — one that’s calibrated specifically to fit only a narrow range of herbal products.

So, which products benefit, and which products get locked out?  The winners are mostly products derived from alcoholic extracts of single herbs that are common to the relatively recent European (and particularly Germanic) phytopharmaceutical tradition.  The main losers are those products associated with world’s longest, most established and most evolved and holistic systems of healthcare, notably Ayurveda and TCM.  Less familiar and less globalised traditions such as Tibetan, Korean, southern African and Amazonian traditions also fall victim.

But it’s not just herbal medicines that fall victim to the EU regulatory minefield.  Other categories of product also get caught, these including complex nutritional and herbal products associated with nutritional and functional medicine modalities.  The problem here is as soon as a particular herbal ingredient is deemed as medicinal by a regulator, the whole product becomes illegal and cannot continue to be sold as a food supplement.

Why the ban won’t be immediate

If you’re expecting to see the shop shelves cleared on Monday 2nd May, you’ll have to wait.  There are several reasons for this.  Firstly, regulators will take time to make determinations about products that are still on the market, selling as botanical food supplements.  In some EU countries, such as the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, that have liberal regimes, we will expect to see no change for the time being as these countries seem content to regard TCM and Ayurvedic products as food supplements.  Others, such as the UK and Germany, the two countries that have registered the most products under the THMPD, have a different view.  For these countries, and others who are following their lead, any food supplement that has any pharmacologically active herbal ingredient is deemed a medicine.  As such it must be removed from the market unless registered.

The effects of this policy are far-reaching – and devastating in terms of the range of products that have been on the market prior to May 2011.  So to delay the pain – and possibly to reduce the risk of an immediate public outcry, the UK has allowed products that were deemed unregistered herbal medicines before April 30 2011 to be sold through by retailers.  Some of these products might have 2 or 3 years shelf life, so this will dampen the effect of the inevitable bans.

Update on ANH/Benefyt legal challenge

The loss of products falling between the various stools of European medicinal and food law is our reason to bring our concerns to a court of law.

We have been working hard with stakeholders across Europe to bring this challenge and we are nearly ready to file.  But the complexity of the case has meant that we are taking a little longer than planned, given we’d hoped to file our case by the end of April.

We will keep you closely informed of our progress, but rest assured we are doing our very best, along with our expert European lawyers, to make sure we have the strongest possible case to help to resolve one of the greatest injustices ever wreaked on natural medicine.

The plight of Anne the elephant has captured the heart of the public.  We are delighted to announce that Mr Roberts has agreed that Anne can be rehomed to a place where she will feel safe and secure.

Animal protection groups and Mr Roberts have agreed that Anne will be handed over to Longleat Safari Park as an immediate place of safety, where her condition can be assessed and she will receive veterinary attention.  Longleat has facilities to house Anne and provide her with a secure environment with the best possible veterinary care.

At a meeting on 30 March 2011, Animal Defenders International (ADI), British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums (BIAZA), Born Free Foundation, Longleat, RSPCA and Specialist Wildlife Services, discussed the best options for this elderly elephant who has endured so much.  It was agreed that steps should be taken to move Anne as soon as possible, with the priority being Anne’s welfare, safety and freedom from stress.  Therefore the move will be carried out away from the public view.

Personally I feel there is no place in our day and age for circuses, they are just outdated and barbaric just like bull fighting and bull running. Annie the Asian elephant was filmed being struck with a metal pitchfork, kicked in the face and body and shackled by heavy chains in the winter quarters of the Bobby Roberts Super Circus in Polebrook, Northamptonshire. Images show the elephant being hit 48 times and reveal a poor feeding regime, Now I watched this video and I was angry I can’t put into words just how angry I was, Annie is such a beautiful Elephant very mild and I know that she must be very loving and tender her nature is far better than mine as she lives with this abuse but I will not stand for it and I know that you guys wont either its time she was taken away from this place and allowed a nice life a loving life a SAFE life. Help me fight this my fellow warriors.

Animal Defenders International (ADI). brought the video to the public and I thank them for that, we need warriors like you out catching this scum so we can stop it and free these animals so well done to you guys.  Annie’s tragic story symbolises the plight of circus animals and is a shocking indictment of the circus industry at a key time as government considers a ban on the use of wild animals in circuses.

Hi all, This is an urgent plea to ask for donations for a group of dedicated individuals who have been working tirelessly to regenerate the rainforest in Costa Rica. We have known Roberta Ward Smiley and Daniel Spreen Wilson for many years now and know of their hard work to restore and preserve pockets of the rainforests in Costa Rica, those of you who have been following Save Our Earth will be aware of the importance of the rainforests and how we need this biological eco-system to survive and be protected and maintained for without these great lungs of our Earth and the loss of trees around the world we are causing great imbalances within out atmosphere, in short we need oxygen to live, so do animals and plant life. How We Work

All of our work is dedicated to the following goals:

• To promote tropical forest growth and increase biodiversity
• To educate others about the crucial importance to the planet of the tropical forest environment
• To provide study opportunities to those interested in forest restoration and preservation, medicinal plants and other biological sciences
• To teach others how to participate in the restoration of tropical forests worldwide
• To sequester carbon and subsequently ease the impact of our carbon footprint
• To restore and increase habitat, giving flora and fauna the chance to expand and migrate
• To purchase or put under contract more acreage for reforestation than is currently being destroyed
• Provide jobs planting trees, collecting seeds and seedling and maintaining reforested areas

The La Reserva project is based on offering payments for environmental services to private landowners to preserve existing forests and to restore tropical forest in open pastures. LRFF connects existing forests via “tree bridges” or biological corridors that permit animals an increased area for their migratory patterns.

Funding for this project stems from the following sources:

• The generosity and donations of corporations, private individuals, institutions, and governments.
• Sale of native seedlings from our nursery.

We, the people, can work on the problems of climate change together, regardless of our political/religious beliefs or race. In fact this is the greatest opportunity of all time to transcend our differences for the good of ALL life. The climate catastrophe is what will unite us all as ONE. We shall heal our Earth and in so doing peace shall come in its wake.

We want to be not just carbon neutral, but carbon negative.

Throughout the world, people are engaging with their communities to reduce the impact of global warming. Forests are natural carbon sinks and, left intact and allowed to grow, are a means of absorbing and storing vast amounts of CO2.

We believe in the continuity of the land.

La Reserva recognizes the importance of traditional land ownership in a rural culture, where farms pass from one generation to the next. Our forestry incentive program allows farms to remain in the hands of local families and out of the hands of real estate developers.

Strong local examples change attitudes.

La Reserva clearly demonstrates that modest but persistent efforts to restore native, tropical forest in pasturelands have a positive effect on our neighbors, many of whom are following our example by planting trees or changing land use in the direction of conservation.

The Earth will reward us for selfless efforts.

We know that, giving back to the Earth in an effort to heal her, we will be rewarded with clean air, abundant fresh water, medicinal plants, food, and jobs. We know that the potential benefits for humankind are enormous.

The La Reserva project is an expression of our profound optimism and faith that all humans are gifted with the inherent desire to do right and to express compassion. This is why we do not take a confrontational stance against large polluters but ask, instead, for their cooperation in working toward the common good.
