You would probably have had much more success if you had left PETA out of this. I personaly could not watch the video. It is horrible to think that a reputable company would not have supervisors watching the employees. There is absolutely no excuse for anyone treating an animal like that. However, PETA is better suited for saving chickens or having anti-fur campaigns. They are considered a joke to most individuals. I have personaly had several go rounds with PETA over very serious issues where they took the side completely opposite the animals lives. I will elaborate further if anyone cares. Get PETA out of this and get someone who has the genuine interest of the animals in their heart rather than the publicity they can get over a situation. I will also send an email to Mr. Howard.

could not bring myself to watch the clip, just hearing about it is enough. you should be ashamed of yourself as americans to enable such sick and depraved cruelty to go uncharged, you are not a first world counrty while you allow such acts to go unpununished. it is this sort of tolerated evil that separates america from other civilized countries. shame on you, do something or just keep sitting on your hands and keep breeding psychopaths.no wonder your counrty has school shootings and multiple serial killers, no wonder other first world people see your double standrds and wonder …start now and show some initiative!!!!

Hi Judi,
The action is from Peta – and like yourself, we cannot believe that the DA has not filed charges of animal cruelty. It is sad to see how little people value life regardless of whether it is an animal or a human. It seems power corrupts and they choose to ignore crimes that are easy to convict, preferring high profile cases which will get them re-elected.
